Starting yesterday morning, we got our first real storm of the winter. It was a perfect time for a storm because I had just stocked up on groceries the night before, Sam had the weekend off, and we didn't have anywhere to go yesterday!
Sam took Aubrie out to play in the snow and they had a blast and came inside very rosy cheeked afterwards. It just kept snowing and blowing all day!
We also did some productive things inside including lots of cleaning and we also took everything out of our storage room, sorted through it and threw a whole bunch of stuff away, and then put back what was left in an organized fashion. That felt good but was a lot of work!
It took some time this morning for Sam to shovel out our van before church but luckily we planned ahead for once and Sam was also able to help dig out some of our neighbors who were rushing to get to work. Winter has arrived!
