This is Orange County, CA. It was my first time in California and it looks pretty nice from the inside of an airport.

My grandma's church. It is huge and yet the people inside it were so warm and friendly. This place is a true "city on a hill" in the city of Eugene.

I was glad my camera had a timer.
She insisted on picking flowers for Grandma. They were graciously received and put in a tiny little vase on the table so we could admire the weeds -er, flowers during our meals together.
